The two upstairs spacious bedrooms have super kingsize beds that can be made into single beds for absolute flexibility to our visitors, whether you be a family or a group of friends exploring what Bamford has to offer. Each bedroom has stunning views out to Win Hill, along with its own thoughtful theme.

Our luxurious bathroom has both a bath and a shower, so you can guarantee somewhere to soak and relax after a day in the hills. We’ve partnered with some amazing local suppliers to make sure you have luxury from the moment you arrive at George’s Cottage. From the toiletries and fluffy towels we supply to the cosy cotton bedding and welcome pack, you’re sure not to be in short supply of anything you need.

George’s cottage was built by the current owner’s Great Grandfather (George) in 1900 and has been lovingly renovated to the highest standard to provide a lovely base to explore Derbyshire and The Peak District. This 19th Century country cottage has great views of the Iconic Bamford Edge and Win Hill.
